Our complex consists of 25 studios, 4 suites, 1 VIP suite each individually styled, all overlooking the volcano and the Aegean Sea. All studios and suites are air-conditioned / heated independently, private bathrooms with bath tubs (all suites with Jacuzzi, DVD & CD Player ), fully equipped kitchen, fridge with mini bar, satellite TV, telephone, hair dryers, safe deposit box, and private veranda/terrace with astonishing view of the volcano and the Aegean Sea.C.L.V is comfortable, in a tasteful space, with majestic view and sunset.

Required Prepayment: 100% of total cost
15 to 20 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, 50% of the stay is charged.
7 to 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, 75% of the stay is charged.
1 to 6 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, 100% of the stay is charged.

Up to 2 years old free of charge and 2 up to 12 years old 15 euros in low season, 22 in middle season and 30 in high season.
